Getting a bit more organized, I made a panel to hold some of the gauges I’m using for various measurements.

I’m resuming the process of developing a modest Stage 2 tune and at the same time recording other data.  I remain impressed by how well the stock intercoolers work with the K03’s.

Below is a chart showing a series of three WOT pulls with boost climbing to 17 psi and then tapering down to between 10-11 psi.  The orange and blue lines are the temperature of the air exiting the compressor, pre-intercooler, and just past the throttle body, post-intercooler.  The stock IC’s do a good job holding these temperatures in check, even over a series of three pulls.

Arriving today are a set of AWE Exhaust Manifolds for the Audi B5 S4.  These will be going onto the flowbench soon to see how they compare with the stock exhaust manifolds.
